Business Process Reengineering and Continuous Improvement Manager
We are looking for a Business Process Reengineering and Continuous Improvement Manager, who will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies to lead process modernization projects across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Design business processes across all departments to ensure continuous improvement, increase efficiency, and enhance quality.
Ensure methods and processes are well-documented, support business rules, and align with corporate standards and strategy.
Redesign business processes to maximize customer experience and ensure service quality.
Guide teams in relevant departments in defining and architecting business processes and configurations.
Design, implement, and maintain tools to measure process improvement benefits.
Maintain an inventory of business processes and coordinate updates with various Operations department teams.
Support a culture focused on customer service excellence, continuous improvement, and performance measurement.
Candidate Job Profile
BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business process improvement and performance measurement projects.
Experience in redesigning business processes and driving adoption across the organization.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology or other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills both in Greek and English.
Leadership skills and experience in people management.
Attention to detail and data analytics.
Ability to guide and maintain employee engagement.
No pending military obligations (for Greek male citizens).
