Compensation & Benefits Specialist
We are looking for looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic HR team.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate our employees. She/He will ensure that all packages are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with the company’s objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, bonus scheme, and wellness initiatives.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages.
Collaborate with HR and management to design incentive programs and performance-based rewards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding compensation and benefits inquiries.
Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.
Participate is various HR projects.
Candidate Job Profile
BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field.
MSc in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and relevant legislation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP Success Factors), compensation analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding communication skills, both in Greek and English.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
No pending military obligations (for Greek citizens)
