Our qualified partner will:
Document the circumstances of the accident
Take photos of the vehicles involved
Draw up a rough outline of the circumstances of the accident

Help you to complete the Amicable Settlement or the Accident Declaration form correctly and finalise the accident notification and declaration process.
Once you have correctly completed the Amicable Settlement form and it has been reviewed by the relevant department of our company, we will immediately start the compensation process, without the 5-day waiting period for a response from the other involved company.
If your damage is up to €300, it is automatically assessed using AI, and the compensation amount will be communicated to you.
Once you accept the compensation offer and provide all necessary documentation (e.g., IBAN, ID Card, etc.), your compensation will be deposited within 1 business day!
If your vehicle is grounded due to an accident, the Accident Care partner will notify the respective services that your vehicle needs to be towed/moved to a local garage. In this case, it is required that your contract covers local towing following an accident or roadside assistance. To receive the best repair service for your vehicle, choose one of the Associated Garages in Ethniki Asfalistiki’s network and enjoy benefits such as:
Direct payment of your vehicle’s repair costs from Ethniki Asfalistiki to the associated garage, as long as you are not responsible for the accident or in accordance with the coverage plan stipulated in your contract

If you do not call Accident Care on-site, you must report the accident to Ethniki Asfalistiki within 8 days from the date of the accident by sending us a completed and signed Amicable Settlement Form or Accident Declaration Form with the following attachments:

A copy of the involved driver’s licence

To settle your vehicle’s damages, the minimum supporting documents you need to provide are:
Original invoices or copies thereof sent by e-mail, unless you have chosen to repair your vehicle in one of the associated garages in Ethniki Asfalistiki’s network
IBAN certificate for your bank account to which you wish to have your indemnification transferred, or a photocopy of the bank account booklet, or a printout from Internet Banking, or a printout from one of your bank’s branch offices
Payment Receipt Form, whose completion and submission are followed by the transfer of your compensation to the bank account you have provided
