In case you need hospitalisation in a Non-Associated Hospital:

  • Inform us about your need for hospitalisation and ask any questions you may have about the process.

  • Check your insurance policy to know exactly the type and terms of your insurance coverage.

In case you need to visit an outpatient clinic or a hospital’s emergency department due to illness or accident:

  • Find the Associated Hospitals in Ethniki Asfalistiki's network that provide services under the Full Emergency Care Plan.

Note: In case the nearest available Associated Hospital is located more than 30km away from the insured person, ex-post coverage may be provided for emergency treatment in another hospital nearby.
