For special cases, you can learn more about the possibility of having your hospitalisation pre-authorised by calling our Service Centre at (+30) 210 90 99 000 (from Greece or abroad).

In case you need hospitalisation and you have chosen one of the associated hospitals in the Ethniki Asfalistiki's network:

  • Contact your insurance intermediary or contact the Ethniki Asfalistiki Call Centre directly at (+30) 210 90 99 000;

  • Inform us that you need hospitalisation and ask any questions you may have about the procedure;

  • Check your insurance policy to know exactly the type and terms of your insurance coverage.

In case you need hospitalisation and you have chosen one of the non-associated hospitals in the Ethniki Asfalistiki's network:

  • Inform us that you need hospitalisation and ask any questions you may have about the procedure;

  • Check your insurance policy to know exactly the type and terms of your insurance coverage.

In case you need to visit an outpatient clinic or the emergency department of a hospital due to illness or accident:

  • Find the associated hospitals in the Ethniki Asfalistiki's network which provide services under the Full Emergency Care Plan.

Note: If the nearest available associated hospital is located more than 30 km away from the insured person, ex post coverage may be provided for emergency treatment in another hospital nearby.
