In case of property damage to your home, it is important to report it immediately using one of the following methods:

  • By telephone, via our Customer Service Center at (+30) 210 90 99 000 (Greece and abroad), so that our authorized representatives may proceed with the completion and submission of the required form.

  • In person at any of our physical branches, where our authorized representatives will facilitate the completion and submission of the required form.

Service costs are settled directly by Ethniki Asfalistiki in areas served by our extensive network of approved technicians (Athens, Volos, Heraklion, Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Kavala, Corinth, Lamia, Larissa, Patras, Chania). In other areas of Greece, costs are reimbursed upon submission of the original receipts to the Company.
